CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES
Supervisor — Byron Bay
Employment Type: Part-time / Casual (3–5 days per week)
Overview:
We’re looking for a Supervisor to help lead our Byron Bay team.
This role sits across both front of house and the bathhouse floor, supporting the team, maintaining the flow of the space, and ensuring every guest experience feels seamless.
You’ll be someone who can step in where needed, lead by example, and bring calm, clear energy to a fast-moving environment.
What you’ll be doing:

Leading shifts across reception and bathhouse operations

Supporting and guiding team members throughout service

Ensuring the space is consistently maintained to a high standard

Managing guest experience and resolving any issues calmly and efficiently

Working closely with management on day-to-day operations
We’re looking for someone who:

Has previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role

Feels confident managing both people and pace

Communicates clearly and calmly
-
Is highly organised and detail-oriented

Aligns with the Navia brand and guest experience

Front of House — Byron Bay

We’re looking for Front of House team members to join Navia.
This role is the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone from the moment they arrive.
You’ll be someone who is warm, attentive, and able to move between tasks while maintaining a calm and welcoming presence.
What you’ll be doing:

Greeting and checking in guests

Guiding guests through their bathhouse experience

Managing bookings and reception flow

Supporting the team across the space where needed

Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of front of house areas
